When you receive your lenses please inspect them carefully through the unopened vials or blister packs. Returned item(s) must be unopened with all seals intact. Due to health and sanitary restrictions we are unable to issue refunds unless the lens vials/blister packs are still sealed.
If a product does not meet your expectations after you have inspected them through the unopened packaging , please submit a Return Request Ticket
within 14 days to request a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return your order for any other reason including a manufacturing error please state what is wrong with the item in your Open Lenses Return Request Ticket
within 14 days to request a replacement.
Returns cannot be authorized without the following information:
- First and Last Name used to place order
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
If your request is applicable for a refund, you will be sent a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your order.
Please note that we only accept returns sent using the United States Postal Service.
Your credit card, bank or PayPal account will be credited once we have received and processed your return. The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We suggest that all items be returned to us by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number or delivery conformation number. If we do not receive a return, we cannot issue a replacement, refund or exchange without proof of delivery.
