Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed.  If you have ordered the wrong item in error or just changed your mind, please place a new order for the correct items and submit an Order Cancel Ticket for your previous, unwanted order.  

We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships out.  The time it takes for your refund to appear in your account depends on your credit card company or bank.  Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Unfortunately we cannot add items to orders after they have been placed.  If you would like to purchase another item please place another order.

*Some of our Theatrical Costume Lenses are sold as single lenses because our customers often like to mix-and-match lenses.  If you have ordered 1 lens in error thinking it was a pair you must go ahead and place another order if you would like a second lens.  Next to the price for each lens it states what the price is for, eg: "per lens" or "per pair", also on each Product Page, under Additional Information it states again what is included, either "One Lens for One Eye" or "One Pair of Colored Contact Lenses".
